Lantern Paddle for Species

While Tacoma Ocean Fest has unfortunately come to a close after 8 great years, we are elated to announce that we are still hosting the Lantern Paddle for Species event!

Participants decorate and illuminate their self, and boats with lights and lanterns, then paddle on the Thea Foss Waterway to celebrate and raise awareness for threatened species!

Join us for a fun, FREE, family-friendly evening of glowing boats, shoreside entertainment, light art, free museum admission, food vendors, and waterfront festivities - right after the SEVENTY48 Race launch at 7:00 PM.

The following food and beverage vendors will have provisions available for purchase: TNT Espresso & Mini Donuts, Cute Dumplings, Sweet Bee Lemonade, Taco Street - and for everyone 21+, check out the Beer Garden at Rock the Dock Pub & Grill!

We hope to SEA you there!
