Event Crew
Non-Exempt, Part-Time/Hourly
The Foss Waterway Seaport hosts public and private events including festivals, weddings, proms, fundraisers, corporates parties, meetings, and more. The event crew is responsible for set-up, tear-down, security, janitorial during and after the event, plus vendor, client and guest liaison. Position is hourly and scheduled as needed, must be available weekends and evenings. Position is open to people 18+, customer service and/or hospitality experience a plus. Pay range: $18-24/hour.

Operations Team – Facilities Coordinator
Non-Exempt, Full-time, 30-40 hours per week, $20-27/hr
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Facilities Coordinator to maintain our remarkable Seaport. The Facilities Coordinator oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of facility, dock and grounds maintenance in areas such as janitorial, painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing the work performed by vendors and contractors, ensuring security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly, and maintaining accurate records. Your expertise will ensure that the facility is clean and maintained and ready to welcome museum and event guests. Hours are Monday through Friday between 8-5, with an occasional weekend shift.

Guest Services Team
Non-Exempt, Part-time, 15 – 20 hours per week, $18-23/hr
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Guest Services Associate to help welcome visitors to our waterfront museum. Guest Services staff are often the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive visitor experience. Responsibilities include front desk coverage, supporting the museum shop, sharing information about exhibits and programs, processing memberships and donations, and helping maintain clean and welcoming public spaces. Strong customer service skills and experience with point-of-sale systems are preferred. This part-time position is scheduled Thursday through Sunday during museum hours, generally from 10 to 4.
